Emotions carry a lesson, only if we fully experience them.
Healing can be a powerful gateway to emotional and spiritual growth. With compassionate guidance, it’s possible to navigate the most intense emotions without feeling overwhelmed or resorting to suppression.
Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy is a powerful psychotherapeutic modality that draws from the traditions of deep experiential psychotherapy, humanistic psychology, and transpersonal psychotherapy, distinguishing it from the Freudian analytic tradition of cognitive verbal therapy.
With Hypnotherapy, we move from fixity to flow, beginning to experience a sense of coherence and feeling more connected to life, as well as more peaceful at home, with others, in the world, and within ourselves.
The past no longer traps us.
The session invites the subconscious to gently bring your essence into awareness through age regression. By following an emotional bridge from present-day experiences to earlier moments, deeper patterns are revealed—not to analyze them, but to feel, release, and integrate them.
After the emotions have been released, the client then becomes clear to make a new decision from her/his adult ego state. The new decision is that she/he can attract healthy, loving relationships into life.
Once the new decision is made on the deepest of unconscious levels, the patterns change. The session concludes with the creation of an inner nurturing presence, offering the support and messages the inner child needed. This process allows for deep re-patterning, self-compassion, and lasting change.
The method combines elements of traditional and Ericksonian hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis (TA), developmental psychology, behavior modification, Gestalt techniques, pre- and perinatal psychology, and chakra opening.
